2. Early detection mammograms save lives
Not only are mammograms unhealthy for the reason given in 1 above but also early detection is a myth in that it doesn’t saves lives: At the early detection stage it is very difficult to tell whether or not the diagnosis indicates that the breast cancer is malignant or benign. Because treatment is big business the cancer has often been incorrectly diagnosed, giving it the benefit of the doubt; labelling it as malignant, favouring profits rather than the genuine welfare concern of the patient… bringing in potentially unnecessary not healthy perennial treatment…
3. Fluoride
Fluoride has been labelled as a toxin by the EPA (environmental protection agency). It’s rated up there with the likes of arsenic and lead. So what’s it doing in water supplies and toothpaste? For example, on a number of toothpaste tubes in small print it says: If a child 5 years or under swallows any toothpaste the size of a pea or greater then it recommends that the parents seek medical attention for their child –Well, and what about us adults?? -Talk about negligence to that which is obviously not healthy. Dr Gary Null advises like other health researchers such as a Harvard Professor to avoid fluoride at all costs.
4. Milk
Contrary to deceptive advertising and marketing milk isn’t healthy for a number of reasons.
Here are just some of those reasons why milk it is not healthy:
a. Industrial processing of the milk; homogenizing, sterilizing and pasteurizing greatly reduces the nutrition value.
b. Passed on from the cow the milk contains hormones, chemicals, antibiotics from treatment and dead blood and pus cells…
c. Due to b above milk drinkers can develop excessive mucus build up, digestion or food absorption difficulties…
d. Stunted development in infants since milk lacks the essential amino acids and fatty acids present in mother’s milk…
f. It’s not a good calcium source. The calcium molecules are attached to a large protein called casein making it hard for the body to absorb the calcium… the list goes on,
5. White bread
From careful wheat cultivation over many generations bread has indeed been a great food source. However, in more recent times, its nutrition value has declined greatly. -Factory processes involving refining, adding chemicals such as those that bleach bread from its natural brown colour to white and preservatives that increase shelf-life…contribute to this decline.
Excessive bread eating could lead to Celiac disease or constipation. This is caused by gluten (glue-ten) in the bread contributing to a hardening sticky lining of the intestine’s inner wall.
6. Margarine
Contrary to slick advertising or marketing margarine is not healthy. Iy’s not the product it’s been touted to be. In fact it’s nothing more than a cocktail of chemical junk. Butter is the far healthier option. In moderate temperatures leave a sliver of margarine for a few days in the open. Return to it and you’ll find that no living thing (other than humans) will touch it because it’s not recognised as a food source!
7. Breakfast cereals
Let go of the spoon, leave the breakfast cereals… for something healthy! Industrial food processes have greatly compromised this unjustly popular food source, even when it claims vitamin fortification. Then there are those unhealthy sugar-laden breakfast cereals that have the affect for example of getting children addicted, contributing to early stage type-2 diabetes…
8. Smoothies
Smoothies do have some nutrition value but they definitely should come with caveats. Too much smoothie containing fruits can cause sugar spiking, adrenaline rushes, diabetes type-2 if long-term and frequent… -all capable of contributing to the obesity epidemic. Then there’s the consideration to the teeth…
A smoothie with vegetable juice is recommended. However, go easy on the root-vegetables since they have a high glycaemic index.
In conclusion
That concludes my list on what is considered healthful but is not healthy.. Indeed, not the only things considered healthy when they’re not, but I hope this has given you the insight to learn to discern other false claims.
Remember it’s up to you to take hold of your health. Keep questioning. Learn to see right through the deception. Learn to discern between the false rhetoric in deceptive marketing, bad education, bad science, misguidance or old wives tales…
